Terms of Use

Last updated: October 4, 2026

These terms apply to themidaslawbook.com (including the www subdomain) and to The Midas Law Guide and Workbook PDFs hosted on this site. The printed guide identifies the copyright holder as IGNIUM LLC.

Educational content only

The Midas Law is educational content only and is not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Examples are illustrative; your results depend on your own circumstances. For decisions specific to your situation, consult a licensed professional. Nothing on this site is a recommendation or a signal to buy, sell, borrow, or pay off anything. Every financial decision carries real risk, including the risk of losing money or going further into debt.

What this site provides

This site is a landing page and reading library for The Midas Law. You may download the Guide and Workbook PDFs from the home page. Selected chapters and the guide’s glossary are also published here as web pages. An interactive web app is described on the home page and is labeled coming soon; /app is only a coming-soon notice, not a working app.

Downloads

The Guide and Workbook are free PDF downloads on this site. There is no checkout and no payment form. A paid option may be added later; until then, the PDFs are free.

Intellectual property

The Midas Law name, the Guide, the Workbook, and the article pages excerpted from the Guide are protected by copyright. © 2026 IGNIUM LLC. All rights reserved. You may read the pages on this site and download the PDFs for personal educational use. You may not republish the Guide or Workbook as your own product.

Privacy and advertising

How we collect information, including Google AdSense cookies, is described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranties

The site and the PDFs are provided as-is for education. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that every page will stay at the same URL, or that any particular financial outcome will follow from using the material.
